  How can I edit my personal data?

You can change your address, profile and other contact data at any time via the "Manage your account" page.

 

 Forgot your password?

No problem . Simply click here  and we'll e-mail you a new password.

 

 Forgot your password and user name?

Send us an e-mail with your name and date of birth. We will try to find your data as quickly as possible.

 

 Can I remove my ads? 

Of course. This feature is available on the "Your ads" page.

 

  What is the "deactivate" feature on the "Your ads" page for?

Some customers choose to alternate between different ads or offerings. As the number of active adverts is limited to three per user, you can alternate between different adverts by using this feature. As such, you could have, say, 10 different adverts in the database, of which a maximum of 3 are active at any time.

 

  Can I completely remove all my data from the eTrade Center?

Of course. To completely remove your ads or your company details, go to the "Manage your account" page and select "Delete account". If you only want to delete one or some adverts, do this by deactivating them on the "Your ads" page, leaving the rest of your account intact.
