| FAQ / Data security
Open communication and direct exchange are at the core of the eTrade Center. To contact other members, simply click on the "show contact data" button. As long as you are registered as a user and logged in, you will have access to the telephone number and/or e-mail of the advertiser.
The eTrade Center will treat your data confidentially, and is obliged to protect your personal data. We appreciate the importance of careful handling of your personal data and we guarantee that we will act prudently at all times in this matter. It is not our business practice to sell or forward customer information to third parties. You will not receive any unsolicited, newsletters or other types of advertisements from us.
No. Only eTrade Center members can access your profile. Non-registered users have no access to your contact data.
Registration is necessary to gain access to the entire functionality of the eTrade Center. Registration is free of charge and non-binding.
There are two reasons for this limitation: first, we want to avoid automated spam and junk mail that only block and slow down our servers with hundreds of entries. Secondly, we want to maintain our quality standards. We believe that it is not necessary for a reputable company to place more than three adverts in order to access new trading partners or customers in a particular business sector. By the way: advertisers can put advert placements on hold for a while and temporarily replace them with alternative ones. This can be done via the deactivation feature on the "Your ads" page .
Unsolicited mail or spam can be reported immediately to the eTrade Center support team. Open the contact form and select "Spam or abuse" from the subject box.
There can be a number of reasons for this. Profiles that are still incomplete or have not been confirmed four weeks after initial registration will be automatically deleted from our system. Furthermore, all profiles identified by our system as junk or fake profiles, i.e. as obviously untrue, will also be automatically removed.
